Off-Season 2008

Goal: Reach 2008-2009 Individual and Team Goals
How? (the little things)
1.      Become a better student-athlete:
a.      Lift weights
    Mon, Wed, Fri after school 2:30-3:45
b.      Develop foot speed (prior to all weight sessions)
c.       Develop work ethic and focus through successful academic work.
2.      Become a better wrestler:
a.      Attend as many open mats as possible (after wts until 4:30 beginning March 31st)
b.      Wrestle in open tournaments (forms provided)
c.       Find a teammate that you want to help you improve and that you want to help improve.

Off-season Reward System:
Point system: 1 point for weightroom attendance, 2 pts for open mats, 5 points for tournament participation
